How is the allowance counted?
Live subtitles count actual usage time. Complete subtitle generation consumes an allowance only after success. The two cumulative trial allowances are independent and do not automatically reset daily, weekly or monthly. Reinstalling the app normally does not reset the allowance on the same device.
Which purchase plans are available?
The app offers monthly and yearly subscriptions and a lifetime purchase. Store region, currency and promotional eligibility may affect prices. Review the total price, billing period, price after any offer and auto-renewal terms on the purchase confirmation screen.
Restore or manage a purchase
Use Restore Purchases in the purchase interface and make sure you are using the original Apple ID. Manage auto-renewing subscriptions in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Purchasing and restoration may require a network connection.
Can Pro process every file?
Pro removes the app's allowance limits. Processing still depends on valid media, device performance, free storage and supported recognition languages and translation pairs.
